What are the delivery times?

If you order before 8 p.m. and all items are in stock, your order will be dispatched the same day. On average, delivery takes between 2 to 4 business days. Please note that we only ship complete orders which means that we wait for all the products in your order to be in stock before we ship. You can check the expected dispatch and/or delivery date for your order via your personal account.

You can follow your order status via the track & trace code that we have been sent to you in an email.

How much does the delivery cost?

The shipping cost depends on your total order value and will automatically be calculated in your shopping cart. Please note, the minimum order value is € 15,-.  We add a small surcharge of € 1,- for orders under € 50,- (including VAT).
 
 

What does the status of my tracking number mean?

As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from us with a track and trace code from the carrier. In this e-mail you can click on the tracking link to follow the status of your delivery. Please note that it can sometimes take a while before a status is updated. This is because your package is not scanned by every depot during the route it takes.
